Order Processing Time

Most U.S. orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse within 24โ€“48 hours after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, during promotions, or during periods of high order volume may require additional processing time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

U.S. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Incorrect Shipping Address

However, once an order has been shipped, Best Bronze cannot guarantee address changes and is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household members, neighbors, front desk, mailroom, building management, or the shipping carrier.

Best Bronze is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit, marked delivered, stolen, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly due to carrier issues or incorrect shipping information.

International Shipping

At this time, Best Bronze does not currently ship internationally.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers outside of the United States may be responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, handling fees, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and would be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in shipping all Best Bronze products correctly and in good condition.

If the product is deemed damaged or defective, we will assist you according to our return and refund policy.
