• Exfoliate the skin with exfoliating gloves or for best results try Best Bronze Pre-Tan Exfoliator Soap.
• Start with clean dry skin, free of moisturizer.
• Put on included disposable gloves.
• Shake well.
• Spray about 5 inches away from the skin in a smooth sweeping motion.
• Blend with both hands in a circular motion.
• Do not apply to your feet. Blend down from legs.
• Apply to hands with a sponge or mitt.
• Wait 3-5 minutes to dry.
