SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Most US based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24-48 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency 
• Your product will arrive within 5-7 business days (orders inside the United States). If you choose Priority Shipping it can take from 1-4 business days depending on your location.
• All international (Non-US) orders incur a $9.90/$18.00 (depending on the weight) shipping charge, and they are shipped via standard US Mail and may take 4 weeks to arrive.
• We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee or 30 day money back from the date of delivery.
• Be sure to verify the shipping address you’ve provided is correct! Please notify us at contact@bestbronze.com for any changes or updates to your address. While we will make every effort to correct any errors brought to our attention before your order has shipped. Best Bronze will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information provided.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore cannot be reimbursed by Best Bronze. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order

RETURN POLICY

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for items purchased from www.bestbronze.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days from the delivery date and receive a refund of the purchased goods. Be advised that we will not accept empty bottles for returns. Unless the product is deemed damaged/defective the refund does not include the postage costs.

Please note that all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for products sent back to Best Bronze.

You may return items by mail for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding outbound shipping charges. If you require a shipping label from us, a return shipping charge of $10.95 will apply and be deducted from your total return amount.
