No, to be waterproof and transfer-resistant, you need to

mix it with Bombshell Body and Leg Makeup before applying it to your skin.

Bombshell Body and Leg Makeup has a matte finish. Can I add the mix to magic to add some glow to it?

Absolutely! You can use the golden universal shade to add glow, or you can use our Luminate body and hair shimmer on top of it
